September Favourites

Is it really almost October? I've been putting my blog on the back burner for a while since I started University a couple of weeks ago, but I'm still going to post once a week. I'll start off with a lip product. I chose the Soap & Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Gloss Stick, in the shade Plum Jam, here for £8.00. This is such a nice Autumn shade, a really nice dark berry shade. I like the formula of this, it's quite sheer but can also be built up, it's really long wearing and shiny without feeling sticky on the lips.

Next a body product, The Body Shop Body Butter Deluxe Edition in Chocomania, here for £13.00. I honestly can't rave enough about this body butter. Like all Body Shop body butters, the formula is amazing, so nourishing. But the smell is definitely the best bit, imagine shea butter mixed with melted chocolate, I was actually temped to eat it...

For nails, I've picked a pairing that work so well together, from Nails Inc a gorgeous purple in the shade Buckingham Palace, and one of the Graffiti top coats in Romily Square. These two together are so lovely, great for Autumn, really long wearing and gorgeous and sparkly.

Onto blusher I picked the Bourjois Cream Blusher in the shade 03 Rose Tender, here for £7.99. This is the first cream blusher I've really loved. Formula is really creamy and blends in easily, lovely for a nice pop of colour on the cheeks.

Finally a foundation, I picked the L'Oreal Nude Magique Eau De Teint in the shade Porcelain, here for £9.99. For days when I want a light coverage foundation this is my go to guy. The formula is really thin but blends well and covers blemishes but still getting that 'my skin but better' finish.

  1. Great colour choice for nails and lips, I love anything berry coloured in the Autumn. I need to try this foundation, I always find light coverage ones can be too warm but this looks like a good shade.
