If you saw my last post you'll know that recently I did a mug swap with a lovely girl from Slovenia called Tjasa. Along with the mug, she also sent me some beauty bits that aren't available in the UK. We recently just got some Essence products in the UK but not the whole range. I also got a couple go things from a brand called Catrice. Not photographed I also got a Korean face mask. I've heard amazing things about Korean beauty products so I'm super excited to try that.
Firstly I got the Essence Road Trip All Around Balm which is limited edition and inspired by Route 66 along with the rest of the range. The balm itself is for lips, cuticles, hands and feet. I've been using this on my lips and its so nourishing and not too greasy.
Next from Essence is a nail polish from the Aquatix range in the shade The Caribbean Sand. I absolutely love this colour, a gorgeous blue with lots of shimmer, it isn't like any other colour I've seen before.
Next I got the Colour Correcting Mattifying Powder from Catrice. I'm totally obsessed with this, does something like this exist in the UK? I am a powder girl, I find that even though I have dry skin, my makeup can slip off my face, as well as stick to the dry patches, but I like using a little powder to keep it on. This has a gorgeous finish, as you can see from the photo it has flecks of green and blue tones. I love this because I suffer from redness on my face and the colour really counteract it.
Finally from Catrice is a Ultimate Colour Lipstick in the shade Kiss Kiss Hibiscus. This is a beautiful cool toned red shade without being too in your face. The formula is super creamy and the staying power is very good.
Have you picked up anything that isn't available in the UK?
Congratulations! You've got a lovely blog! Would you like to follow each other? Let me know :)
