So before last month I'd never heard of the brand Arbonne, although after research I found that it was a company that could be compared to Avon, with independent sellers etc. I was contacted by one of the reps who asked if I would like to try out some products from the range. She recommended the FC5 Range* geared towards younger skin. To my surprise, the products were dropped off at my house my a rep who lived near by.
However to my confusion, the products that she dropped off were used tester products, that she wanted to pick back up in a week, which she didn't tell me until she was on my doorstep. If I had known this was the case, I would have declined straight away. But as I was face to face with the nice rep, I couldn't say no!
I would've declined trying products like this for a couple of reasons, firstly trying a whole range of skincare in a week?! There was no way I would be able to tell if it worked in a week! Also the fact that the products were used testers I found very unsanitary, especially the pots! People who I didn't know dipping their fingers in before me!
So unfortunately I cannot comment of the Hydrating Eye Creme or the Moisturising Night Creme. I also didn't get any spots during the time I tried these so I can't comment on the Blemish Calming Cream. The products I did try, I can fill you in on first impressions. Firstly the Exfoliating New Cell Scrub, I do suffer from sensitive skin so I tend not to use exfoliators on my face, however this didn't irritate my skin, the few times I used it, it left it feeling soft.
Next the Nurturing Day Lotion with SPF 20. I found that this was nice to use in the morning and it sat well under my makeup. I also tried the Hydrating Cleanser and Freshener, I liked the way this left my face feeling squeaky clean and soft.
Apart from the very strange method of testing these products, I did enjoy what I tried, it's a shame that I can't tell you if there are any lasting effects!

I've never heard of the brand, surely they would want you to get full use of the product when testing? Strange! Love the packaging though :)

Hi. The ethos of Arbonne is try before you buy so people can see how the products suit their skin before they make a financial commitment. This is normally for a three day period. All the tester kits are sanitised before and after use. The products are clinically proven to make a difference to your skin within as little as 24 hours.....everyone's skin is different and this system allows people to test products on their skin, in their own home, with no cost or pressure to buy. A rare offering in the Beauty Industry.
