Review | Instanatural Retinol Moisturiser & Hyaluronic Acid Serum

Instanatural is a brand that I hadn't heard of until a few weeks ago, but when I got the chance to try a couple of their skincare items I thought they looked and sounded great! I tried both the Advanced Action Retinol Moisturiser and the Premium Hydration Acid Serum. Both of which are available from Amazon.

I'll start off with the Retinol Moisturiser, firstly when it arrived and I took the lid off there had been a total moisturiser explosion, picture when it happens to Ross' suitcase in Friends! So maybe the packaging needs to be improved (actually I really dislike the look of the packaging, it reminds me of something you would find in the pharmacy, not something lovely and natural). Anyway once I'd cleaned it up, I could get onto trying it! The scent isn't anything special, a bit medicinal I suppose. The formula isn't too heavy although I thin it's more of a night moisturiser, although it soaks in quite quickly, I didn't try it under makeup. I did find that my skin felt much softer and and a lot less drier after using this, I'm not obsessed with it, but it does the job well!

Onto the Hyaluronic Acid Serum, I think that Hyaluronic Acid is quite trendy at the moment, I feel like I see it everywhere! I much prefer the packaging here, the serum comes with a little pipet applicator. This serum is supposed to help keep skin plump and supple as well as keeping hydrated and getting rid of dry flaky skin. This is unlike any serum I've used, the formula is quite gel like, which I enjoyed, it soaked into my skin well and didn't leave a film. The scent wasn't anything to write home about, not good or bad really. I found that after using this, my skin felt so super soft and hydrated. I really like this stuff, much prefer it to the moisturiser!

Have you tried anything from Instanatural?
