Hi everyone, I'm back with another recipe, I got this recipe from the Good Food 101 Teatime Treats book that my dad got me for Christmas. As soon as I saw this I knew I had to make it! Honestly it's so delicious and is a total foolproof recipe!

Makes 10-12 slices

Ingredients -

2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 medium eggs
100g butter, melted
100g toffee yoghurt
100g light muscavado sugar
200g self raising flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
100g pecans (I also added 60g chocolate chips)
150g pack of chewy toffees (I used chocolate eclairs)

Method -

1. Heat the oven to 140 degrees C/Gas Mark 3. Grease and line a 900g loaf tin.

2. Mix together bananas, eggs, butter, toffee yoghurt and sugar until well combined.

3. Sift together flour and baking powder, fold into the mixture.

4. Fold in three quarters of the pecans, all of the chocolate chips and half of the chewy toffees.

5. Spoon the mixture into the tin and level the top. Sprinkle on the remaining nuts and toffees.

6. Bake for 50-55 minutes until golden brown and springy. Leave to cool in tin before slicing and serving.
