Benefit for The Borrowers

In my opinion Benefit are one of the best high end brands for miniatures and travel size sample products. With every purchase I have made from Benefit I have always been able to choose 2 samples. They also have offers on a lot of the time which allows you to get a free mini product with your purchase. I think with a brand like Benefit it's important to try out their products first if you can because they certainly aren't cheap!

Here I have a selection of some of the best sample sizes I have received -

Starting off with something that has spawned an addiction, the mini of They're Real! mascara. I tried this as a mini over a year ago and had to get the full size product! This little one is perfect for on the go!

Next is the Triple Performing Facial Emulsion. This felt nice on my skin and was nice and light for in the morning. However I don't think I would buy the full size as I already have a full size Total Moisture Facial Cream.

Then I tried the "That Gal" Brightening Primer. I didn't really like the consistency of this primer, it felt a little cakey, I didn't like it under makeup, but it did brighten the face up on top.

Then I went on to try a massively hyped up product The POREfessional. I don't really have visible pores so I didn't think this product would do much for me although it did sit nicely under my foundation.

On to another primer the Stay Flawless 15 Hour Primer. I liked this a lot more than That Gal, I found it kept my makeup on well throughout the day as well as being really easy to apply onto the skin, I would definitely consider the full size product.

Moving onto the Benetint mini, I was hesitant about this product at first, but I find that it gives colour to the cheeks well without just staining where the brush was, which is what I was worried about. I haven't tried it on the lips, I might purchase the full size although I think it is expensive for what it is.

Finally is the Some Kind-a Gorgeous Foundation Faker. I found that the consistency of this was nice, although I can't see it working as an all over face product, I can't really see the point in it!

Do you love Benefit minis as much as I do?

  1. I love mini products, they're so cute! I've got the mini That Gal primer, I agree it feels weird compared to other primers but it definitely does pick up my complexion!
